Hoy cocinamos berenjena con miel - Today we cook aubergine with honey

150 gr. of flour
150 gr. de harina

A glass of beer
1 vaso de cerveza

One spoon filled with olive oil
Una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen

One mini-spoon with salt
Una cucharadita de sal

Mix it very well and let the mixture rest into the fridge for 2 hours
Mezclarlo todo muy bien y dejarlo reposar en la nevera 2 horas

Don't get drunk while waiting!!!!
No os emborrachéis mientras tanto!!!

Take the aubergine, and cut it into 1 cm tracks
Coger la berenjena y cortarla en rodajas de 1 cm

Bath it in water and salt for 30 minutes
Bañarla en agua con sal durante 30 minutos

Beat energetically 2 egg whites
Batir enérgicamente 2 claras de huevo

Add the egg whites to the mixture, and put the aubergine tracks in
Añadir las claras batidas e introducir las rodajas de berenjena

Fry them into very hot olive oil
Freírlas en aceite de oliva muy caliente

Add the honey
Añadir la miel

Bon appetit!!!

  5. @ Unscha(r)f: Yes, with honey. It gives a special taste to them, it goes very well with the little bit "sour" taste that gives the beer. Try this. You will like it a lot

    @ JeNNy: están deliciosas. Pruébalas un día y sorprenderás a tu chico (te lo digo por experiencia)
