Este fin de semana Jolly Liselle hizo una pequeña excursión a La Granja (Segovia)

Last weekend Jolly Liselle made a little excursion to La Granja (Segovia)

 Y tuvo mucha suerte, porque por fin pudo ver la nieve!!! Liselle nació en el sur de Francia y no conocía la nieve :)

And she was very lucky, because at last she could see the snow!!! Liselle was born in the South of France and she did'nt know how the snow was :)

Este verano, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Chiclana (Cádiz), en la Playa de la Barrosa, una de las mejores playas de España. Nuestras amigas Liselle Roja y Liselle Lila vinieron con nosotros, se lo pasaron genial, se bañaron mucho, y comieron mucho pescaíto frito :))

This summer, we spent some great days at Chiclana (Cádiz), at Playa de la Barrosa, one of the best Spanish beaches. Our friends Red and Lila Liselle came with us, they had great times, they had a lot of baths, and ate a lot of fried fish :))

Bizcocho de manzana - Apple cake

One natural yogurt
Un yogur natural

Three measures of flour (each measure is one measure of the yogourt)
Tres medidas de harina (cada medida es una medida del yogur)

One measure of brown sugar (I use to add a little bit more)
Una medida de azúcar moreno (yo suelo añadir un poquito más)

One measure of sunflower oil
Una medida de aceite de girasol

One envelope of baking powder
Un sobre de levadura

Three eggs
Tres huevos

Two apples (peeled and having cut them into little pieces)
Dos manzanas, peladas y cortadas en trocitos pequeños

Mix everything (except the apples) with the kitchen robot, then add the pieces of the apples and mix again with a spoon. Introduce everything into a cake tin (greased previously with butter and a bit of flour)
Mezclarlo todo excepto las manzanas, con la batidora, después añadir las manzanas y mezclar de nuevo con una cuchara. Introducirlo todo en una fuente previamente engrasada con mantequilla y un poquito de harina

Introduce it into the oven: 180ºC, aprox. 40-45 minutes
Meterno en el horno: a 180ºC durante unos 40-45 minutos

And... you have it!!! Bon appétit :))
